We are seeking an dynamic Sales Executive to manage inquiries, engage client leads, conduct site visits, and negotiate deals for our premium residential developments in Pune.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and nurture leads generated from digital marketing and campaigns.
- Showcase properties and guide prospective buyers during site visits.
- Explain unit layouts, pricing options, floor plans, and amenities.
- Facilitate the booking process and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of real estate sales experience in Pune/PCMC.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Marketing, or related field.
